1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Only what you send through our forms, plus a record of the consent sentence you agreed to:

  • The contact form: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), whether you are a fleet owner or owner-operator, what you are interested in, your preferred location and your message.
  • The fleet readiness assessment: your answers about your fleet (size, truck type, daily miles, routes, charging, where you operate, timing and how you would pay), your result, and your name, company, email and phone (if you give one).
  • Network sign-ups: your name, company, email, phone (if you give one), and either your fleet size and needs or your provider category, regions and website, plus your state or province and any message you write (if you give them).

The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing. Our host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.

3. Why

To answer your request, follow up on your assessment, and introduce network members to each other when you ask us to. We do not sell your information.

4. Who processes it

  • Vercel, which hosts this site.

5. Embedded videos

Videos load only after you press Play. YouTube videos then play in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn links take you to those sites. Once a player loads or you follow a link, that platform's own privacy policy applies and it may set its own cookies.
